This is a loose framework and is subject to changes. Where presentations are listed above, that will be a combination of medical professionals, therapists, education advocates, parent panels, patient panels, and family networking sessions.
During the presentations, we will be offering a few, 45-60 minute children's activities. During those activities, your child will be expected to be supervised by a parent, family member or caregiver.
We have a block of rooms reserved at Eaglewood Resort in Itasca, Illinois (just outside of Chicago). You may book online or book via phone: 630.773.1400 (if by phone ensure you make note that you are part of the WSS Foundation group). The group rate is only good for bookings made on or before 9/22/26.

The closest airport is Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and is about 13 miles from the airport to the hotel. Alternatively, Chicago Midway (MDW) is about 30 miles from the hotel. Aside from rental cars, Uber, Lyft, Taxis and other Airport Transfers are available from the airport. Parking at the hotel is free.
